Installing UAKM on Win95/98 with shortcut?

Hey Guys,
I've been going through my Mom and Dad's stuff, cleaning their house to get it ready to sell. So now I have my Dad's computer which is an old 166MH running Win98. He's also got an old DOS computer (with 5 1/2 inch floppies) and a Win95 computer, too.
Anyway, I already installed Pandora on it and it runs beautifully. I tried to put UAKM on it and then I remembered that there was something special that one has to do to install and run it from Windows. I remember that I had to create a shortcut and set some Windows or DOS parameter in it. But does anybody remember the installation procedure?
Do I make this shortcut before I do the install? Do I boot to DOS to do the installation? I just can't remember, and I can't find anything about it in the archives.
Meanwhile, I guess I'll try installing Overseer. That should be straightforward.
