Under A Killing Moon is the third in a series of action, mystery, adventure games revolving around a private detective named Tex Murphy. The setting is post WWIII San Francisco. Our hero is out of work, down to his last drop of bourbon, and is visited by his former employer, the Colonel, who dissolved their business relationship when Tex turned him in for licensing violations. Why was the Colonel there in Tex’ office? Is our boy going to scare up some work? And what of this mysterious cult who worships a statue of a dove? My best score (without glitches) is 1015, but I can’t remember where I got the other point. I haven’t played the game in a while, but when I do I will let you know. Still, they is a way to get an extra point, but I believe it is a minor glitch. When leaving the Golden Gate Hotel, travel to Mac Malden. He doesn’t give any useful info but you get a point for going there.
