One time I was leading a convoy to a big party, and when we hit a tunnel, as a joke, my brother sent me a text message telling me I had 127 voice mail messages from the folks in the next car back, because my phone had accidentally been on vibrate and I kept missing their calls.

In the frenzy of getting everyone to the partay, I didn't even realize it was a gag until well afterwards.
