I know it's Thursday in down under land now. So I hope it's a good one. If you're spending it with your main squeeze, I can't see how it could be a bad one. NO cake though will beat the one you got last year, man that was frickin awesome!

Wow! Thanks for all the birthday wishes guys!! 
I really did have fun... although you are right, last years cake was not outdone. We had two cakes though, a Black Forest and a Strawberry Cheescake... but it was really funny becuase by the time the cheescake was served, the srawberry topping had melted and the letters that were meant to say "Happy Birthday Mat" slid around to resemble something that was not in English! God it was funny.
I went to dinner at a local seafood and steakhouse called Ribs and Rumps, where I polished off another mixed grill (my favourite), which is 1.5kgs of meat, plus a side of fries... so as you can see there was no such thing as "diet" or "cholesterol" that night.
As for pics, I do have quite a few but I have yet to download them from the camera, I will do that over the next couple of days.
Anyway I am off to prepare a costume for my mate's party which is themed "Pimps and Hos"... I wanted to come as a Ho but everyone protested, so pimp it is... once again, pics wil come!
