What you were seeing was an Internet Explorer issue caused by the width of the photos. The pics were expanding the post area beyond the right side edge of the cell, which was pushing the edit/delete/etc. buttons out of view. The message board software does have a feature that will automatically resize any image used in a post or a signature area to fit within a given size. Unfortunately, that feature isn't compatible with our current hosting provider -- c'est la vie -- so any images that go beyond 560 pixels in width will be chopped off on the right.

The width problem happens in Netscape as well... I haven't noticed it in FireFox yet, but I haven't tried to edit pics that big since I started using FireFox...
