300 was not animated, it was live actors but entirely done on a green set, like Sin City. But I get what you are saying.

But I reckon if it was live actors Bruce Campbell would make a great Ben! Willem Dafoe would be great as Malcolm Corley, he may be a bit young but a few more wrinkles and he's got it down pat... he looks like an ex rebel! As for Adrian Ripburger, I'd say Tom Wilkinson... classy yet cold if he wants to be. Maureen I cannot really pick... any suggestions?

I don't know what shape he is in now(although he's still TV active), but Ronny Cox, from his Robocop years, would've been the perfect bid for Ripburger.

Maureen's a tough call. She's not the type of girl we usually see in typecast roles. Softly dangerous, with zero attitude.

You mean Father Torque? Heh, Dennis Hopper was in Hell Ride. I think he's still fit enough for these kinds of films.

I was going to pick Ronny Cox... but figured Ripburger was more smooth and pompous. Where as Ronny Cox plays a good razors edge type of bad guy (a-la Cohagen in Totall Recall).

Megan Fox migth've made a good Maureen, as she does the grease monkey chick thing very well in Transformers... but she's probably a bit too glamorous for the role.

Dig Dug was literally the first computer game I ever tried. Super Mario Bros. was the 2nd.

Nester and Bolus? Wow you guys are really up to speed on your Full Throttle characters.

My first computer game was a very low key, non-color airplane game... Everything was straight lines, there were no curves, but they used tiny straight lines to round out the wings and stuff... I can't remember the name for the life of me though... I want to say Thunder Strike or Thunder Bolt, but I'm not sure... I might be way off
I remember that you fly through mountains to get to your destination/mission objective which is usually just big squares that are suppose to be buildings and then you are suppose to bomb them...

I do remember something that I use a lot nowadays in emails and things... When you exited the game it always said "Bye For Now" just above the C: Prompt...

My first flight game was an oldie but goodie called Stunt Island. You could make films and stuff, record your own flying etc. Good times.

first game i played was jill of the jungle if anyone rems that. I loved the sound effects in that game lol

I had that game... Actually I still have it in fact... 6 Floppy Disks... I remember doing those stunts... One is sticking out in my mind, where you have to fly your little plane into a Jetliner's Engine/Wing... You have to clip it just right... And then there was the Prison Break where you use the hook to grab the guy standing on top of the prison...
I also have all the Original Floppies for all the of the Police Quest Games...

Wow am I feeling old... Remembering all these games and I was just reminded that my 15 Year High School Reunion is next year, there are already plans in the works for it...
Excuse me, I feel the need to go take a nap...
