Cumabatch? Wow! That struck an unusual nerve. I think it his name is similar, but not that exactly.

I've never learned how to spell his name but maybe it's time I did...!

Benedict Cumberbatch
It doesn't exactly roll of the tongue, but who would have thought somebody named "Arnold Schwarzenegger" would have amounted to anything either.

Just watched the 2nd episode called the Blind Banker. It was okay but I felt not as good as the first episode.
The story seemed a bit too convoluted, but I did like the code breaking involved.
The funniest part was when Watson got mistaken for Holmes. The evidence against him was pretty hefty.

Speaking of new television series, did anybody see the premiere of The Walking Dead?

Yeah, I'm a surper, sure. Whatever.
Seriously, are we not used to threads derailing on this board yet?
Sooo... anybody seen it? Does it live up to the comic?

I haven't read the comic, but I did see the show. I thought it was alright, but so far a pretty typical zombie story. It kept me interested enough that I'm going to keep watching it. (But, my wife may not--she's a bit squemish.)

Oh, and to keep on topic. I, too, saw the Blind Banker and liked it. But, I agree the first episode was a bit better. I thought that there were a couple of moments when the script had characters acting stupidly in order to move the story along (if that makes any sense).

Just finished watching the Great Game. Damn them for ending on a cliff hanger. I hate those!
The story was kinda busy with so much stuff happening all at once, but I was on the edge of my seat.

Great episode. I am hoping that DL will tell us that they're making more episodes.
