I agree that a lot of games released now seem to be almost Beta releases. I don't know if that's a function of the ability to download patches so companies think, "Oh we'll fix the issues if enough people complain" or what. I'm also playing Fallout: New Vegas right now, which is very buggy: not enough to make it unplayable, but definitely enough to make it frustrating.

Anyway, I'm glad you got your refund.

I agree, but I find it funny that with Fallout 3 people actually ignored those same problems, the PC version was unplayable at launch for example. Funny the double standards people have lol. (because of Obsidian's rep)

I have the PS3 versions of both. I didn't notice as many glitches with FO3 as I have with FONV. It is annoying especially because when most of them hit they're there for good unless you load a previous save. So, I am saving often. It's not just graphics and items glitches either, it's glitches that trigger or un-trigger quest elements and make the quests impossible to complete. Overall it's a fun game, but some sort of patch would be nice.
