Robert Patrick would be a great serious villain.
surprisingly I think Viggo Mortesen wouldn't be bad either as a serious villain. Good actor and versatile. History of Violence anyone??
I actually think Bill Murray would be a good comedic villain. He was great in City of Ember.

What about that guy that played Ben from Lost and Zep from saw. He is in that new show, Person of Interest.
