Oh yes, I figured Tex would brush it off as some crazy guy who he should surely avoid.

If you're talking wishful thinking, I'd say the one actor I'd really like to see in the new Tex game is me. I sometimes feel like that sentiment is selfish -- I should just be happy there WILL be a new Tex game (and there WILL).....but my friends insist that I should at least try, because the Tex crew loved my videos, and in at least some small way, I've helped raise awareness of the Kickstarter.
But it's weird. I don't feel they owe me ANYTHING. If anything, it's the other way around. And yet, to be in a Tex game -- that would be a dream come true that I never dared to dream. And I sure as hell won't be able to pledge $10,000 any time soon.

Well looking through this, I know it's just wishful thinking, but here are a few actors and an actress I think I'd like to see this time around. I don't know what their price ranges are, or anything like that.
I think a really good bad guy could be played by Brad Dourif. That man's acting is downright amazing.
I also think a really good candidate for a "policeman" or other law enforcement character would be Dennis Franz.
The class and absolute gorgeousness of Kate Mulgrew would make my day as well.
These three, yes

I think they'd fit into the universe quite well don't you think?

I think there's talent on this board and I understand internal conflict. It's something I have. It's been a hell of a roller coaster.

Maybe I've missed it at some point, but I don't recall reading or hearing anything about whether or not Randall was available to come back as Louie??? Or Kevin as Mac??? Or any of the others semi-regulars...
I wouldn't mind seeing a promo video clip from him, if he is interested in coming back...
As for who I'd like to see in the game... The list is just too vast, especially since we don't know what the final budget is going to be yet... Hopefully we can afford a few good names to join the crew...
Any word yet on whether or not James Earl Jones will be doing the P.I. In The Sky or will there be no P.I. In The Sky voice overs???
I'd like to see Beek make another appearance, maybe after having gotten his nose job with Tex's coupon...

I'm saying Claudia Black as a femme fatale, Chris and her were in the machinima,
Stolen Life a few years back so I'm guessing he knows her.

Wishful thinking, eh?
Neil Patrick Harris, Gary Oldman and Peter Dinklage. There ya go.

Michael Fassbender
Would've been easily affordable two-three years ago. Today...not so much
One who would probably be affordable is one of my all times favorite villain,
Kurtwood Smith.
Oh and have to pimp out some Canadian talent which I know is within our range,
Alan Tudyk Great guy, funny as hell. (C'mon, Wash from Firefly!)

Benedict Cumberbatch would make a terrific evil mastermind with Brad Douriff as his partner in crime and personal henchman.
Gabrielle Anwar in any role would suit me fine.

Kevin Jones passed away a couple years ago. Louie's back.

I agree. Alan Tudyk turns everything to gold. Just look at Tucker and Dale vs Evil.
Also, just for Jen, I'd like to have Aaron Paul come up to Tex and give him his gun back and say "Sorry I blew your hat off, Mr. Murphy..." before he shuffles off again.
And yes, Brad Dourif is an EXCELLENT actor! Just look at Deadwood.
And Jim? You having seniority on matters of film (pun intended) - Shouldn't I be too young to remember Gabrielle Anwar mainly for her role as the tango girl from Scent of a Woman..?
I also admit to have a weakness for Charles Dance in any villainous role. But, as henchmen goes? Michael Wincott. The man with the voice. Oh yeah.

Those two choices just made my head swim a little. I have to say Charles Dance has CRUSHED the role of Tywin Lannister. I didn't really like the character in the books, but I fricking LOVE him in the series. I feel bad for him now.....

Saw the premiere at a film festival here. That's where I actually met him. Very funny movie. They were both real sports too.
I feel shame and desolation for not thinking of Charles Dance. He was delicious in Gosford Park, and makes an amazing Tywin. I still can't understand why he hasn't had a bigger career. For a guy with so much villainy in his face, he has a knack for comedic timing. Apparently a great guy too.

Mark Hamill (yeah, he's mostly a voice guy these days but he's still fun to see on TV, a la ep 1 of the last season of Chuck)
If this were to happen, I'd want him to a random person in a bar, talking about the good old days when he fought in the space fleet against the evil cats. (It would have to be vague or else EA might sue) But that's just because I can't see him in a PC game as anyone but Colonel Christopher Blair. Also it would be a hilarious Easter Egg for anyone who'd played Wing Commander.
I would go an extra tier for this, somehow.
