Found a link and I ranked everything. My Top 3 are the Church of Crazy Gary, Casino, and the Inspector Burns BBQ restaurant. The BBQ restaurant could add more layers to the Ardo storyline. I was also big on the Steakhouse because of how Crazy Gary would react to it.
Locations I voted down were repetitive ones. For instance I saw the Antique Shop clashing with Rook's Pawnshop. Also it would be nuts to move the Cosmic Connection to Chandler Avenue. Got to have some San Francisco locations. I also liked the Chocolate Detox location, but it doesn't seem logical for someone to open a business based on Clint. However a Vanilla Ice Cream location would rock.

I looked the actor up on IMDB and he's still acting.
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0107423/ So I don't see why he would be.

Went to survey but it seems to be nowhere to be found, maybe another case for Tex ...?
Three possible locations might be:
1. Classless European style corner "casino" - florescent overhead lighting, linoleum floor, electronic slot machines, cigarette vending machine, and beer bar.
2. "Beauty Parlor/Tattoo Emporium/State run 'Drug Store'.
3. Mass transit station - this should be a subway stop (nothing high tech, just city cast-off subway cars (imagine the graffiti) on their last legs).
_____________
Remember, Chandler Ave is on the other side of the Boulevard of Broken Dreams. The flotsam and jetsam of life drift through the wreckage of an existence that never was nor never will be. One cannot get there from here, even though one knows all end up there eventually. Noir ...

I think there already is a broken ATM on Chandler Avenue, in Pandora which is why it got ranked really low. I also think you could work the Fuchsia Flamingo into a gentlemens club unless you're talking about something really raunchy. Well can you define gentlemens club?

Why on EARTH would anyone NOT vote for Rival P.I.? This opens up SO MUCH potential for awesome storytelling!
Imagine them pranking eachother!
Imagine them hating eachother over some femme fatale client!
Imagine them teaming up for the Big Bad Villain!
Imagine them reconciling as the Rival P.I. dies near the end to give Tex the means to save the world (again)!
And now imagine the rival P.I. played by Bruce Campbell!
This needs to happen

I went with:
1. Liquor Store
2. Church of Crazy Gary
3. Pet Shop
I think the liquor store would fit well on Chandler, without being too similar to other locations. The Church of Crazy Gary would be a nice progression from his alley days, much like Clint went from bum to entrepreneur in Pandora. I like the idea of a pet shop, both because it's different from anything else on the street, and because I'm sure it would have geigers and other mutant creatures. I don't imagine this as a cuddly puppy and kitten-type pet shop.
Other ideas I like were the abandoned buildings and tarot place.

I don't mind the idea of another PI, but I don't really want him on Chandler, and I don't like limiting the narrative to something as trite as rivalry. Bruce Campbell as another PI in the game sounds awesome, though. But I also worry that something like that would mean too much rewriting of the existing script.
I don't want to see Chandler gentrify either, so I voted mostly for ghetto things like the liquor store, thrift shop, trashy bar, etc. Places that fit the existing vibe.
