I loved (and still love) the A-Team. I am very doubtful about the new movie, but I'll probably end up seeing it.

Yeah I'm not liking the idea of this A-Team movie either... From the Previews it looks like in some of the scenes they Try Too Hard to resemble the original cast and their Slap Stick humor...

Uh, isn't that the idea....to recreate the original but just using different actors? I mean, the actual story can be about anything, but don't we need to see as much as the original cast in the modus operandi as possible? BTW, I want to see the movie as well because I was a HUGE fan of TOS.

I hope George Peppard won't be doing a cameo.

According to IMDB there should be cameos by Dirk Benedict and Dwight Schultz. No sign of Mr. T. and alas George Peppard died in 94.
All my old heroes keep disappearing. Very sad.

It'll be interesting to see Dirk again. I was pleseantly surprised by his cameo in Zork: Inquisitor.

Mr. T has been licensed to Activision Blizzard for the duration of World of Warcraft. Or something.

I still loved Dirk best in Battlestar. He was fantastic as Starbuck.

I heard the reviews on the A-team are pretty good.

As big of an A-Team fan as I am, I'll have to see the movie. I'm expecting to be disappointed, but hoping not to be.

I was just looking over the Cast list and I noticed that the Infamous and Arch Nemesis Colonel Decker isn't a Character... That's kind of disappointing... Wasn't the whole point of the series {aside from helping the helpless} to evade capture by Colonel Decker???
Instead it looks like there are 2 Generals to deal with...
I did notice that Major Dad got promoted to General {and changed his name to Morrison}, only took him 20 years... lol
I'm definitely in the same frame of mind as dcat... I'll be seeing the movie, but I'm not expecting a blockbuster...

I'm an absolute sucker for Liam Neeson in action roles, so really, anything goes.

Col. Lynch was the first A-Team pursuer and was replaced by Col. Decker in Season 2. Then, in the 4th season, Gen. Fulbright was introduced. And, in Season 5, General Stockwell stepped in. So, maybe the movie's going to pick up on the later pursuers.

Hey BTW, I don't think I ever saw the end. Did they ever get their pardon or did the show end abruptly?

Yeah but Colonel Decker was the longest Rival in the show... He lasted throughout the show a total of 20 episodes, where all the others most of the others with the exception of General Stockwell {13 episodes}, the rest of them were all in the single digits as far as episodes go...
Which is probably why he stands out to me the most...
