You won't be seeing me, Yingchun. Not if I see you first.

I'm back from the Gamescom and I've got my pandora directive book signed by Aaron Conners! It was a little intimidating, but he seems very kind. And as he said on the forum, the new Tex book might be finished before the end of the year.

The convention itself was not so good (too much noise, people, not enough adventure games) but me and my girlfriend had the opportunity to go to the private presentation of the new Sims games. Since she is a fan, we were both very happy (More than two of our friends who waited almost 3 hours to play 12 minutes of the new call of duty...but I think I would have do the same if it was the new tex game).

If he read this, I would like to thank Sebastian from the Adventure-Treff website for his warm welcome at the Sandburg. I might come back next year if there is some big names.

thing that annoys me is that in 2 months I'm going to be in Germany! god damn it. lol Its a shame we couldn't have planned it sooner but the London riots made getting a flight difficult. Aw well.

Glad you were able to do it! I had so many appointments and even though you told me, he is at the EA booth, I was just not able to make it and put everything on the card on friday night at the "Adventure-Treff-Party". Pity, Aaron didn't show up. We had several Tex Murphy fans "available" - but I had to drive home without the signature on my Overseer Box. Anyway, I got my signatures from Charles Cecil and Agustin Cordes and Aaron has to wait until next year, or so. ;)

Later, we realized that Aaron seems to have messaged one member of our site who was in hospital, so we would have known he can't make it otherwise.

Well, we'll do our best. :-) Aaron was really the first person not to show up at our party (and if he's in Cologne again someday, I will just kidnapp him). :-)

Thank you, too, for showing up! Even though you couldn't party with Aaron this time. If you're interested in some photos of the evening (a video will be available in September, I think), some impressions have been uploaded here: http://t.co/OaGq4Pt
