Actually they're pretty much confined to the Sogn & Fjordane area, as well as the Hardanger mountain ranges.
Lots of rabid penguins and polar bears though! Roamin' the streets'n sh!t.

I also notice, from watching the movie, that camera people are instantly replaceable.

Yes they are, we got so many we really dont know whst to do with them.
